We’re beyond excited for this year’s 12th Annual Silver State Chili Cook-Off!

Check back for more details on the 2025 12th Annual Silver State Chili Cook-Off where you can sample award-winning red chili, chile verde, vegetarian chile and so many more chili varieties! This event also hosts various vendor booths, live entertainment, a car show, games and so much more. Carnival rides begin at 5pm Friday, March 21st.

This year ticket proceeds will benefit two great causes, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and Pahrump Valley Kiwanis Club. We would like to take the opportunity this year to give back to our children and ensure they continue to get the education they need. We’re expecting over 5,000 to attend.
